Perceptor Executive, co-founded by Mark O'Connor, focuses exclusively on C-suite executive search. We work in partnership to offer a full recruitment solution—DMC for your team builds, Perceptor for your leadership appointments.

DMC launched in August 2024, but our expertise spans over 20 years in recruitment across major sectors including medical technology, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, energy, and infrastructure. We're a new brand built on deep experience. The founders of DMC have previously worked together with Perceptor Group for over 13 years.

We've built strong relationships and deep expertise across Commerce & Industry and Banking & Financial Services. Our experience includes working with organisations in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, energy, infrastructure, and financial services—sectors where understanding the business is as important as understanding the role.

While we're Sydney-based and that's our primary market, we can support clients with recruitment needs across Australia, particularly for senior-level appointments or hard-to-fill specialist roles.

Yes. We stand behind our placements with guarantee periods that give you peace of mind. If a hire doesn't work out during the guarantee period, we'll work with you to find a replacement at no additional fee. The specifics are outlined in our terms, and we're happy to discuss them upfront.
