Common scenarios include:
Short-term staffing during busy periods, such as year-end or seasonal peaks
Covering long-term sick leave or unexpected absenteeism
Supplementing your recruitment efforts while hiring for full-time positions, with the potential to transition to permanent roles after an initial period (typically three months)
For longer-term needs, we can supply candidates on fixed-term contracts lasting six months or more.
These candidates are paid directly by our client's, with an up front prorated fee based on the duration of the contract.
