At DMC, Duncan spearheads a team focused on attracting and assessing the best candidates in Commerce and Industry including FMCG/Retail, Pharma/Med Tech, Renewable Energy, Private and Public Education, Infrastructure & Construction. His strategic recruitment fosters long-term partnerships that benefit both clients and candidates.

Duncan emigrated to Australia from his first recruitment role in London in 2003 and throughout his career, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the finance, accounting and commerce domain and remains committed to sustaining DMC's legacy of excellence.
