Business Development Manager (Melbourne)
As a Business Development Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to financial advisers, licensees and advice practices across your territory. You'll help businesses grow by providing strategic guidance, practice development support and expertise across platform solutions, managed accounts and investment products.

The business is committed to helping advisers grow their practices while delivering better outcomes for their clients.
You will:
- Build and grow a portfolio of financial advisers and practices.
- Drive business growth and inflows across platform, managed accounts and investment solutions through strategic territory management.
- Deliver guidance on business growth, efficiency, profitability and client engagement strategies.
- Provide platform expertise and training to advisers and support staff, helping maximise adoption and utilisation of key solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and insights by executing territory plans, monitoring competitors and representing the business at industry events.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- In depth knowledge of the financial advice ecosystem
- Understanding of investment products, platforms and advice technology
- Experience influencing business outcomes and commercial growth
- Ability to analyse business metrics, pipeline activity and growth opportunities
- Strong organisational and territory management skills
