Commercial Analyst
DMC Recruitment is partnering with an established manufacturing business in their search for a Commercial Analyst to join its Commercial Finance team. Reporting to a Commercial Business Partner, this role supports the delivery of month-end reporting, forecasting, pricing analysis and commercial insights across a diverse customer portfolio.
Working closely with Sales and Commercial stakeholders, you'll help drive informed decision-making while ensuring strong financial discipline and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with Sales on customer profitability and pricing
- Deliver month-end reporting, forecasts and business insights
- Support commercial decisions through analysis and stakeholder partnering
- Prepare sales, margin and customer performance reporting
- Maintain pricing models, costings and rebate reporting
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes
- Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis
- Drive reporting improvements and process efficiencies
Key Requirements - CA/CPA qualified or currently studying
- Experience in commercial finance or financial analyst roles
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with pricing, costing or profitability analysis advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights
