Commercial Finance Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join the leadership group of a large national FMCG organisation. This is a visible role for someone who enjoys challenging assumptions, shaping commercial decisions and partnering with stakeholders who expect finance to add value, not simply provide commentary.
You'll operate at the intersection of finance and commercial operations, helping leaders understand where value is being created, where margin is being lost and where investment should be directed.
About You - CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
- Strong commercial finance, business partnering or FP&A experience in FMCG, retail or consumer goods
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex information into clear recommendations
- Advanced modelling, analytical capability and data analysis (Power BI, financial systems or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in margin improvement initiatives and performance analysis
- Exposure to category, merchandising, or supplier-facing environments
- Track record leading reporting or process improvement projects
