About the Role
This is a senior, autonomous regional leadership role — not a coordinator position. You'll own the end-to-end compliance program across the South Pacific, lead the regional Compliance Committee, and partner directly with senior stakeholders to shape culture and manage risk across the region.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with high visibility and real influence.
Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the South Pacific compliance program end-to-end
- Align regional initiatives with global compliance strategy
- Manage risk, policy, training, monitoring and investigations
- Lead the regional Compliance Committee
- Develop and mentor a direct report (Compliance Analyst)
- Engage with senior leadership and navigate sensitive matters with discretion
- Represent the function externally via industry associations
About You - A proven track record in compliance — medical devices, pharma, or healthcare strongly preferred.
- Proven experience building and running compliance programs
- Confident influencing at senior leadership level across the business including Sales.
- Strong business acumen — comfortable with financials, budgeting, and resourcing
- Able to operate independently in a complex, matrixed global environment
