CRM Manager
This ASX Listed company is driving growth through consumer and food service channels and is transforming its marketing capability. Key to its ongoing success is the implementation of a HubSpot CRM system and a Manager to lead this function.
Reporting to a Head of Marketing, This role will lead both the Strategy and Implementation for the Hubspot CRM platform. This will include setting up segmentation, automations, processes to drive a series of marketing campaigns to Cafe's and Restaurants as a part of the overall foodservice marketing plan. this role will both be hands on and strategic and will require someone with high energy and initiative.
You will be a CRM Expert, with the hands on know how to build systems, processes and frameworks from scratch. Your industry experience can be broad but understanding and appreciation of Cafe/Coffee culture is key to understanding the customer base. First Class communication skills and a tertiary qualification are essential.
