In this newly shaped Digital Manager position, you will own the delivery, optimisation and governance of the organisation’s digital ecosystem across multiple brands. You will drive digital strategy into action, lead a high‑performing team of three, manage a diverse project pipeline, oversee website development and optimisation, and ensure customer‑first digital experiences across all touchpoints. The role also includes stakeholder engagement, agency/vendor management, and leveraging analytics to improve journeys, conversion and platform performance.
We are seeking an experienced digital leader with 5–10 years’ experience in digital management, product ownership or digital operations. You will bring strong stakeholder influence, team leadership capability, a data driven mindset and deep knowledge of UX, SEO, content governance and CMS platforms (AEM strongly preferred). You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, cross-functional environment and be motivated to deliver measurable business impact.
This role is based 4 days in the office and 1 from home, offering a salary of around $150k - $155k + 12% super, bonus and a fully maintained motor vehicle.
