As the Digital Marketing Lead you will manage the strategy and implementation of key digital initiatives. In this role, you will lead and own commercially focussed initiatives and will be required to demonstrate the return on investment on such deliverables. This role requires strong project management skills and a commercial mindset that is sensitive to delivering strong ROMI for the business' digital ecosystem.

What you'll do:
  • Manage strategic and tactical digital initiatives and lead the implementation of these initiatives across the firm's digital ecosystem
  • Lead best practice across eCommerce / lead processes across digital products – e.g online application, online quoting, etc.
  • Manage a support framework to help regional sales team' s drive change management across the dealer network
  • Execute digital re-builds and focus on CX to improve click through and online lead conversion
  • Provide project management expertise relating to feature builds in alignment with the digital strategy including piloting, tracking, testing, analysis and user acceptance
  • Accountable for complying with all digital delivery processes which includes legal and regulatory compliance, information security and enterprise architecture compliance and IT alignment and endorsement.
  • Review emerging technologies and ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of digital marketing developments
  • Manage digital / analytics agencies with in-flight strategic projects and ad-hoc requests across all brands and platforms
  • Establish and lead UX digital agency personnel with implementation of digital initiatives
  • Confidently present and communicate results of initiatives to key senior stakeholders through a range of channels
 To be considered:
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns within a Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce role
  • Services, Finance, automotive, agency or emerging technology background
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, display, eDM & social 
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels - both internally and externally
  • Strong facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills internally and externally
  • Demonstrated experience and success in increasing conversion and lead generation
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script
  • Demonstrated experience providing actionable insights based on web behaviour and conversion data
  • Work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail
  • Tertiary Qualifications in business, ecommerce, management, marketing, or a related discipline.
