Digital Marketing Manager

DMC is thrilled to be partnering with an award-winning, consumer-driven professional services firm in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing in-house team and will be supporting its digital presence across social, content and campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and organised digital marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life, working across multiple platforms, and using data to continuously improve performance. You’ll work closely with a senior digital leader and collaborate with agencies, creatives, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

Social Media & Creative
  • Deliver engaging content across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more
  • Support paid and organic social campaigns from idea to execution
  • Brief designers, videographers, and content creators
  • Champion a video-first, platform-native content approach
  • Manage community engagement and platform interactions
Campaign & Project Delivery
  • Coordinate creative production and campaign rollouts
  • Liaise with agencies to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Support landing page updates and digital content delivery
  • Maintain creative assets and campaign documentation
Performance & Optimisation
  • Assist with digital dashboards and performance reporting
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements
  • Test new content formats, tools, and targeting approaches
Innovation
  • Stay across digital trends, AI tools, and emerging platforms
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve workflows and campaign outcomes

Key Experience/Skills we're looking for:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media execution
  • Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience with paid media tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with creative production (design, video or content)
  • Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder skills
  • Curious, proactive, and performance-focused mindset
