Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you'll join a large Australian corporate and work closely with leaders across a major operating division, providing the analysis, insight and financial guidance needed to support planning, investment decisions and business performance.
The Role Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to provide financial insight and decision support.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
- Building financial models and scenario analysis to support key initiatives.
- Delivering meaningful reporting and performance insights.
- Assessing major business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
About You Must-Haves
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Manager.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities or other capital-intensive organisations in a large and complex corporate environment.
- Exposure to capital projects, investment analysis or major business initiatives.
