Finance Business Partner - FMCG
DMC Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a high-performing and well-established FMCG manufacturing business with a strong footprint across ANZ.
This is a true business partnering role, embedded within operations and working closely with site leadership to drive performance, cost control and continuous improvement. You'll be right in the detail - from product costing and waste analysis, through to labour, overheads and maintenance spend, whilst also stepping back to influence decision-making and site strategy.
This role has a clear pathway tied into it as well and we are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who want to challenge themselves and continue learning / growing in their career.
In this role, you will; - Partner with site leadership to drive performance and cost outcomes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling at site level
- Deliver financial insights across costing, waste, labour and operational spend
- Liaise with non-finance stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Identify cost savings and drive continuous improvement initiatives across site
About you: - CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Demonstrated capability across budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling within a mid-sized/large business.
- Strong business partnering mindset, with an ability to influence and challenge
- Confident communicator with non-finance stakeholders
