The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you'll be the financial conscience of the project team—providing insight, challenge and guidance that drives confident decision-making and strong commercial outcomes.

- Own end-to-end financial management of a major infrastructure project

- Partner with project leaders to control costs, manage risk and optimise performance
- Deliver clear, forward-looking financial insights to senior leadership
- Maintain and enhance financial models and performance dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
This is a role where finance genuinely influences outcomes—not just reports on them.

- Strong business partnering background in construction, infrastructure or large-scale capital projects
- Solid financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability
- Confident communicator who engages senior non-finance stakeholders with clarity
- Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across senior leadership

Why This Role? - Work on landmark infrastructure with long-term significance
