Finance Business Partner - Interim Contract - Start ASAP
DMC is partnering on a high-impact contract finance role within one of NSW's most significant infrastructure programs—a multi-billion-dollar project with long-term impact.
The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you'll be the financial conscience of the project team—providing insights and analysis hat drives confident decision-making and strong commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner who partners project, commercial and senior finance stakeholders, you will:
- Own end-to-end financial management of a major infrastructure project
- Lead monthly close, forecasting and budgeting with accuracy and discipline
- Partner with project leaders to control costs, manage risk and optimise performance
- Deliver clear, forward-looking financial insights to senior leadership
- Maintain and enhance financial models and performance dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
This is a role where finance genuinely influences outcomes—not just reports on them.
About You - CA/CPA qualified with strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability. Able to create models from scratch.
- Confident communicator who engages senior non-finance stakeholders with clarity
- Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across senior leadership
- Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- Immediately available or on short notice
