Reporting to the
Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Role
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial advice and commercial insight
- Preparing monthly reporting packs, variance analysis and management commentary
- Monitoring performance against budgets, forecasts and key financial metrics
- Supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Providing clear explanations of financial performance, risks and opportunities to non-financial stakeholders
- Delivering scenario modelling, business cases and ad hoc financial analysis
- Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting, systems and finance processes
- Supporting governance, controls and financial compliance requirements
About You Must-have experience
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven Finance Business Partnering experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information
- Background within a large or complex organisation
- Experience supporting corporate functions
- Exposure to Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience improving finance processes, reporting or system capability
