Finance Manager - Newly Create Role
About the Role We're seeking a technically strong Finance Manager to own financial operations across a multi-entity, multi-branch business. This newly created role sits at the heart of the finance function—where accurate numbers drive better business decisions.
You'll take ownership of the month-end close, balance sheet integrity, inventory verification across locations, and financial reporting. You'll also lead AP/AR automation initiatives and partner with branch managers to surface working capital and cash conversion opportunities.

About You
Essential - Strong financial accounting and month-end close experience
- Deep knowledge of the accounting cycle and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ability to prepare accurate, reliable financial information
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Stable career history demonstrating commitment and progression
Highly Valued - Product-based, industrial, manufacturing or distribution background
- Multi-site or multi-entity experience
- Big 4 or mid-tier chartered background (transitioning to industry)
- Commercial analysis and business partnering skills
