Finance Manager - Part Time
DMC Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a NFP in their search for a Finance Manager to join their firm on a part-time, 3-day per week basis. This would require 1 day in the office, and the other two from home.
This role will be directly partnering with senior leaders across the business including Data, Risk, Legal and Marketing, ensuring stronger accounting and management reporting across the business.
This role presents as a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and motivated finance professional who wants to be challenged in a diverse and interesting finance role but is also looking for a little more flexibility and better work life balance.
In this role, you will;
- Deliver high-quality management reporting and forecasting
- Own core accounting fundamentals, including journals and reconciliations
- Lead P&L and revenue analysis to drive commercial insight
- Provide financial insights to support leadership decision-making
- Prepare board-level accounts and support audit processes
- Act as the primary finance lead for the business, with hands-on ownership
Key experiences/skills we're looking for;
- CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting foundations and hands-on experience
- Proven experience in a small to medium-sized business environment
- Confident working independently, with the judgment to check in when needed
- Friendly and warm personality whilst also having a keen eye for detail and process improvement
