Finance Manager - Property
DMC Recruitment is currently partnering with a mid-sized, well-established property group with a long-standing presence across APAC. The business operates across the full property lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to asset and funds management, giving finance a highly embedded and commercially relevant role.
With continued growth and increasing complexity across the group, they’re looking to bring in a Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller and help drive the next phase of maturity across planning, reporting and team capability.
This is a role where you’ll sit at the centre of the finance function — leading a team, partnering with stakeholders, involved in group-wide planning, supporting the budgeting and forecasting process along with management reporting
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop a team, driving output and continuous improvement
- Own the budgeting and forecasting process across group and head office
- Deliver insightful management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support planning and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and systems

About You
- CA/CPA qualified with business services or industry background
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Previous experience leading or mentoring junior staff (advantageous)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and partner stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving business environment
