The Role
You'll sit within the Retail Finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Retail CFO. Responsible for:
- Monthly financial reporting and management commentary for senior leadership and the Board
- Forecasting, budgeting and the annual business plan for the Retail division
- Retail accounting oversight and resolution of complex reconciling items
- Financial analysis to support major projects and strategic decisions
- Driving meaningful improvements to reporting processes and financial systems
- Supporting Investor Relations with relevant financial analytics
What You'll Bring - CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience in a finance role within a large, complex organisation
- Strong technical accounting skills and genuine commercial awareness
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint — you can tell a story with data
- An excellent communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
- Retail/Consumer industry experience
- A track record of leading process improvement initiatives at scale
