Financial Analyst - Multinational Organisation
DMC Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a globally recognised multinational that is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join its team. Our client is a multi-billion dollar business who are headquartered in Australia and have operations across the globe. Due to internal promotions, this opportunity has come up to partner with a range of stakeholders across the business.
Due to internal promotions, this commercial opportunity has come up to support budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance across a dynamic and fast-growing division. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role provides the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders across the business - developing both technical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and analysing performance reports, delivering insights to leadership
- Track divisional cost centre performance, investigate variances, and report findings
- Assist with the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Assisting in developing financial models to support ROI analysis, efficiency reviews, and commercial decision-making
- Support month-end activities and support regular reporting cycles
- Collaborate with the corporate team on reporting, planning, and performance-related projects
Key Skills:
- CA/CPA Qualified or studying.
- 3+ years of experience in management accounting or FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills
- Clear communication skills with an ability to liaise with a variety stakeholders
