Financial Analyst
DMC Recruitment is partnering with a purpose-led, national market leader to recruit a Finance Analyst with strong business partnering skills and a passion for driving business performance.
In this role, you will be directly liaising with operational and regional leaders to shape strategy and deliver results. You’ll bring the numbers to life — analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting initiatives that enhance both financial outcomes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercial analysis and insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Build robust business cases to support investment decisions and new initiatives.
- Drive improvements in pricing, service mix, and cost efficiency through data-led recommendations.
- Contribute to forecasting and performance review processes, ensuring clear commercial visibility across the business.
About You:
You’re commercially curious, analytically sharp, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You enjoy being close to the business — understanding what drives results and influencing decisions that create value.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role (services, or multi-site environment advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and commercial judgment.
- Intermediate Excel and financial modelling capability.
Location: Macquarie Park Salary: $120k - $130k + Super
