As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, analysis, and financial planning. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across finance, procurement, supply chain and sales to help shape business performance and drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for key business units.
  • Partner with commercial teams to provide insights into revenue, pricing, and margin performance.
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting accuracy, and analytical capability.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and projects that contribute to strategic objectives.
About You:
  • CA/CPA qualified or near-qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, strategy/transactions
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing advantageous but not essential
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and partner across the business.
  • Curious, proactive, and driven to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
