FP&A Manager | Consumer Products
Our client is an established ASX-listed consumer products company with a strong portfolio of recognisable brands. Finance is undergoing a period of deliberate transformation, and this hire is central to that agenda.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will contribute to core group planning and reporting activities, while directing the majority of their focus toward transformation. In the near term that means improving the tools, models, and processes that underpin FP&A — driver-based forecasting, reporting automation, planning system enhancements, and better data visibility across the group.
Within six months, the role is expected to transition into a full-time FP&A representative on an ERP implementation — working directly with finance, IT, and the implementation partner to ensure the new system is built around how the business actually plans, forecasts, and reports.

What You'll Bring - CA or CPA qualified with solid group or divisional FP&A experience, ideally in consumer, FMCG, or retail
- Demonstrated experience improving FP&A tools and processes — forecasting models, reporting automation, planning system enhancements
- Hands-on experience with planning and BI platforms such as TM1, Anaplan, Power BI, or equivalent
- Exposure to ERP environments and how finance data flows through integrated systems — prior ERP project involvement highly regarded
- A genuine process improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge how things are currently done
- Clear communicator who can work effectively across finance and with IT and project stakeholders
