We’re partnering with a prominent mid-sized listed Consumer client based in Sydney, seeking a

Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Group FP&A Manager will oversee corporate-level financial planning and analysis activities, providing critical insights to the C-Suite, Marketing, and Corporate departments (including HR, Legal, Technology, and Finance) through detailed analysis and reporting. The role will also provide board-level reporting and analysis as well as mid- to long-term planning.
Your Experience - Hold an accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with experience in Group or Regional FP&A.
- Experience within the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors would be ideal.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems implementation and process optimisation
- A knack for translating complex data into straightforward insights that inform decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills, along with experience using planning and BI tools such as TM1, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Excellent communicator, capable of articulating financial concepts convincingly to non-experts
- Proactive approach to continuous process improvements
