Head of eCommerce and Digital

This global consumer goods company has a number of category leading brands in its portfolio. The ANZ business is a global priority and a focus for developing a sophisticated Direct to Consumer channel. This role is a key appointment for the success of this growth strategy.
  
This Role:

Reporting to the CEO this role will lead a small team and will be fully P&L responsible for the D2C/ECommerce channel. Working alongside global colleagues the role will optimise technology platforms and drive sales growth. The role will be responsible for digital marketing and the full funnel customer journey. It will oversee an integrated channel strategy alongside the physical retail sales channel and will also build out an expanded marketplaces strategy. In addition to running the trading/commercial output the role will build the capability across people and processes for this part of the business.

About you:

Your background needs to be in Tier 1 companies where you have been exposed to sophisticated digital/ecommerce strategy and implementation. You may be an ecommerce operations expert or deep digital marketer but you do need to have had exposure to both elements during your career. A degree level qualification and first class communication/stakeholder manager skills are prerequisites.
