Internal Communications Executive
- Work with an Esteemed Professional services business
- $55 Hourly rate + Hybrid Working (Tues, Weds, Thurs in office)
- Run Internal Comms across intranet, email, newsletters, video and social channels
This is a hands-on communications role spanning content creation, digital channels, executive communications, employee engagement and events. You’ll turn complex information into clear, useful content and help shape how employees find and engage with information across the organisation.

Our client is an a nationally recognised services provider that has been operating for decades, with a large membership base and an annual revenue in the millions.
You will:
- Create & manage engaging content for newsletters, emails, intranet posts and other internal channels.
- Write, edit and support communications, from executive comms to people initiatives.
- Develop communications plans and campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders..
- Measure communication performance and use insights to improve channels and campaigns.
- Manage the internal communications calendar, inbox, content scheduling and intranet publishing.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal skills, Capability to develop and deliver communications plans across multiple channels.
- Experience managing digital communications, such as intranets, employee social channels and EDMs/e-newsletters.
- Practical content creation skills, using graphic design tools such as SharePoint, Canva, or comparable platforms.
- Great stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, collaborate and navigate competing priorities.
- A relevant qualification in communications, journalism or public relations, or equivalent relevant experience.
