Marketing Manager, CRM & Digital

This new opportunity, with a B2B fintech based in Melbourne's CBD, is ideal for someone just looking for 3 days per week in a permanent role (typically two in the office, and one from home). 

This financial services organisation provides a compelling secured cash-flow  solution to small and medium sized businesses. The role reporting into the Head of Marketing, will primarily be responsible for owning the CRM and digital activities. Knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress would be desirable.   

To be considered you are/will:
  • You are a B2B marketer with 5+ years’ experience
  • You will have experience delivering strategic digital marketing activity (social, SEO, SEM)
  • You have a strong background in CRM (ideally HubSpot), CX across multiple channels
  • You thrive on data and marketing automation and want to use these skills to deliver multi-channel campaigns across all channels, including eDM, digital, social, etc
  • You’re a self-starter with a proactive and curious attitude who is comfortable with constant change and backing your own judgement.
  • Proven ability to think strategically
  • You’re comfortable sourcing & analysing data, providing reports with actionable insights
  • You have experience collaborating with agencies and external parties, you know how to get the best out of your partnerships and enjoy being challenged in your thinking.
  • Your ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders across different levels of the business is exceptional – you know how to get great results.
  • You have strong independent project management skills.
