What You'll Be Doing - Managing the complete 360-degree recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across Digital, Sales, and Marketing.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-calibre candidates
- Providing expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients
- Negotiating offers and managing the placement process through to a successful start
- Developing your own desk and achieving individual KPIs and revenue targets
- Staying ahead of industry trends in the Digital, Sales, and Marketing space
What We're Looking For Essential:
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal) OR a successful track record as a Resourcer ready to move into a 360 role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Passion for recruitment and helping people achieve their career goals
Desirable:
- Experience or knowledge of the Digital, Sales, or Marketing sectors
- Existing client or candidate networks
