What You'll Be Doing - Managing the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships across Digital Sales & Marketing
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing exceptional candidates
- Providing strategic market insights and recruitment advice to clients
- Negotiating offers and managing placements through to successful onboarding
- Developing your own client desk and achieving individual revenue targets
- Staying ahead of trends and movements in the Digital, Sales, and Marketing landscape
What We're Looking For Essential: - Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house) OR a successful track record as a Resourcer ready for a 360 role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge
- Resilience, persistence, and positive energy
- Strong organisational ability and time management skills
- Genuine passion for recruitment and career development
Desirable: - Knowledge of or experience in Digital, Sales, or Marketing sectors
- Established client or candidate networks
