DMC operates in partnership with Perceptor Executive, an executive and retained search firm established in 1999. We provide end to end recruitment services for our clients and candidates.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious recruiter to take ownership of an established Accounting & Finance desk — with existing clients and immediate opportunities to bill.
The Opportunity
Own an established desk with active client relationships, live vacancies and immediate billing opportunities. Whether you're an experienced 360 recruiter looking for your next challenge, or a high-performing Resourcer ready to step up, you'll inherit existing business while having the autonomy to build your own market and client base.

What You'll Do - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build strong client and candidate relationships
- Source, interview and place high-quality talent
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice
- Manage offers through to successful placement
- Grow your own specialist desk and personal brand
What We're Looking For - Agency recruitment experience, OR
- A successful Resourcer ready to transition into a 360 role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial, results-driven mindset
- Resilience, energy and ambition
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Accounting & Finance recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Full Australian working rights required.
