Relationship Manager (Melbourne)
As the Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of financial advisers & planning firms across Victoria. You will build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities and support advisers throughout their platform journey.
Our client is a leading Australian wealth management organisation that partners with financial advisers, planners and institutions to deliver innovative investment, superannuation and platform solutions.
The business is committed to helping advisers grow their practices while delivering better outcomes for their clients.
You will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of adviser relationships - onboarding, training and educating clients on the platform
- Identify and convert new platform opportunities across existing and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and performance reporting
- Provide client feedback and market insights to help shape future platform enhancements
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong relationship management, account management or business development capability
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- An understanding of platform solutions, adviser businesses and wealth management products
