The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing - Building strong, authentic relationships with candidates across Digital Sales & Marketing
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-calibre professionals
- Providing informed market insights and career guidance to candidates
- Developing your understanding of the Digital, Sales, and Marketing landscape
- Supporting our consultants in delivering exceptional client outcomes
What We're Looking For
Essential: - Tertiary qualification (Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Resilience, persistence, and positive energy
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in recruitment and helping people progress their careers
Desirable: - Understanding of or experience in Digital, Sales, or Marketing or knowledge of financial services or commerce and industry clients in Sydney.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or sales environment
