Sales Manager - IoT Devices

We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager who thrives in the field - someone who loves opening doors, building pipeline from scratch, and having real conversations with decision‑makers.

About the Role
You’ll own the entire sales function end‑to‑end: identifying opportunities, engaging new customers, uncovering needs, and translating complex technology into clear commercial value. You’ll also be the voice of the customer, influencing product direction based on what’s happening in the real world.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive New Business: Actively prospecting, opening new markets, and starting meaningful customer conversations
- Own the Sales Cycle: From first contact to close - planning, executing, and exceeding sales targets
- Advocate for Customers: Feeding real‑world customer insight back into product and strategy discussions
- Build a Strong Pipeline: Consistent daily activity and disciplined forecasting - no peaks and troughs
About You: - 5+ years’ experience selling technical or industrial products
- Demonstrated success opening new accounts through cold outreach and disciplined pipeline building
- Electrical engineering degree or similar (advantageous, not essential)
- Ability to turn complex technical features into clear, compelling customer value
- Experience selling into government, infrastructure, or environmental sectors (highly regarded)
