Senior Financial Reporting Manager to provide maternity leave coverage for a key leadership position in their expanding finance team.

As
Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will provide strategic technical advisory across:
- Advise on complex accounting treatments, new standards implementation (AASB 15, 16, etc.), and technical interpretations for renewable energy transactions
- Provide technical guidance on statutory reporting requirements, disclosure assessments, and regulatory compliance matters
- Advise on accounting implications of business combinations, joint ventures, asset acquisitions, and financing arrangements in the renewables sector
- Research and interpret accounting standards, provide position papers on complex technical issues, and establish accounting policies
- Guide teams on ASIC requirements, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting obligations
- Partner with legal, tax, and commercial teams to assess financial reporting impacts of strategic initiatives
- Recommend enhancements to financial reporting processes, system implementations, and control frameworks
Role Requirements: - CA/CPA
- Corporate statutory reporting background
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record in team development and collaborative leadership
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
