Senior Manager - Group FP&A
The OpportunityOur client, a major ASX-listed corporation, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Group FP&A team during an exciting period of transformation.
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you'll lead a team of two while playing a pivotal role in driving financial planning excellence and supporting strategic business partnering across the group.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis at the group level.
Drive business partnering across key stakeholders and operational divisions.
Support the transformation and enhancement of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.
Provide strategic insights and commercial guidance to senior leadership.
Own monthly/quarterly reporting cycles and board-level presentations.
Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of two.
About You:CA/CPA qualified with a proven track record in FP&A, ideally at a group level.
Proven people leadership experience managing and developing finance professionals.
Strong business partnering capability with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
Track record in driving process improvement and transformation initiatives
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
Experience in large, listed, complex operational environments is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
