role requirements: Essential: - Tertiary degree qualification (required)
- 2–4 years of corporate experience, ideally in sales or marketing roles
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Genuine interest in people, talent development, and organisational culture
