As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Resourcer & Recruitment Coordinator to support our team while also contributing to the marketing and operational activities that support the wider business.
The Opportunity
This is a diverse and fast-paced role offering exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, marketing, and business operations. You'll work closely with our Managing Director and consultants, helping identify and engage top Accounting & Finance talent while supporting the day-to-day functions that keep our business running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident speaking with people, and enjoys balancing relationship-building with administrative and creative responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Proactively identify and engage high-calibre Accounting & Finance professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, JobAdder and other sourcing channels
- Build and nurture talent pipelines that support current and future client hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screening calls and assess suitability against client requirements
- Develop lasting relationships with finance professionals across the Sydney market
- Provide market insight, career guidance and advice to candidates throughout their job search
- Partner closely with Managing Director and consultants to deliver outcomes for clients and candidates
Recruitment Administration
- Prepare and format candidate CVs for client submissions
- Generate employment contracts and recruitment documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within JobAdder
- Produce weekly business and recruitment reports
- Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Support day-to-day recruitment operations and general office administration
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content for the DMC brand
- Write candidate and client-focused blogs and industry insights
- Develop and distribute EDM campaigns
- Conduct website maintenance and updates
- Create marketing content that enhances candidate engagement and brand awareness
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to candidates over the phone
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong written communication skills and an interest in content creation
- Comfortable working with CRM and recruitment platforms
- Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and helping people progress their careers
Desirable
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, administration or a customer-facing role
- Exposure to Accounting & Finance recruitment or professional services environments
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search or JobAdder
- Experience creating social media content, blogs or EDM campaigns
