The Role
Based in Sydney, this Territory Manager position is responsible for managing and growing a defined client portfolio across a technically sophisticated, high-value product range. You'll operate with autonomy, backed by a collaborative national team and strong organisational support.
Day to day you will: - Manage and grow a territory across public and private hospitals
- Build long-term relationships with key clinicians and hospital stakeholders
- Deliver product education, clinical support and in-theatre expertise as required
- Execute structured territory business plans to hit sales, market share and growth targets
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support tenders and evaluations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical and leadership teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
About You - Proven medical device sales experience, ideally in a hospital-based or procedural environment
- Strong track record managing a territory and engaging confidently with senior clinical stakeholders
- Commercially sharp with the ability to plan and execute independently
- Credible, consultative communicator with strong organisational skills and resilience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, science, nursing, allied health or related discipline highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights and flexibility to travel within territory
