Treasury Analyst
DMC Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth property developer in their search for a Treasury Analyst to join their expanding business. Following a period of strong growth over the past 12 months, underpinned by diversification across multiple asset classes, the business is continuing to build out its finance capability and is seeking additional support within the Treasury function.
This role provides a brilliant opportunity to step into a broad, high-visibility position within a growing business, where you will gain exposure to group-wide cash flow, funding and capital decisions. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the broader business, playing a key role in shaping financial outcomes while developing your experience within a hands-on, evolving treasury function.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance group-wide cash flow visibility across multiple projects
- Provide insights on liquidity, funding requirements and financial risk
- Analyse timing impacts across project delivery and working capital
- Support funding activity including loan tracking and compliance monitoring
- Deliver clear, decision-focused reporting to senior stakeholders
- Improve and streamline treasury reporting, dashboards and processes
- Partner closely with finance to align cash outcomes with business plans
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in Treasury, FP&A or commercial finance
- Strong financial modelling and cash flow forecasting capability
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI advantageous
- Ability to turn data into clear, commercially focused insights
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
