The referral scheme excludes candidates who are already registered with DMC Recruitment and actively seeking work.
The voucher will be awarded only if the referred candidate is placed into a role by DMC Recruitment and completes at least 3 months in their new position. The reward will be issued after this period.
The person making the referral must inform the candidate and obtain their consent to share their details with DMC Recruitment.
It’s the referrer’s responsibility to contact us to claim their voucher.
There is no limit to how many candidates you can refer.
No replacements or substitutions will be provided if the voucher is lost or stolen. Cash alternatives are not available.
Referrals must be received at the time of the candidate’s registration; late referrals are not valid.
The referred candidate must be placed within one year of the referral.
Only candidates eligible to work in Australia are eligible for referral.
DMC Recruitment reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of equal value at any time.
Each candidate can only be referred once. If multiple people refer the same candidate, only the first referral will qualify for the reward.
We reserve the right to modify or end this referral program at any time without notice.
DMC Recruitment is not responsible for any tax implications related to the reward.
Our decisions regarding the referral scheme are final.
